EYPP stands for the Early Years Pupil Premium, a UK government program that provides extra funding to early years providers (like nurseries and childminders) to improve the educational outcomes of eligible disadvantaged children aged 9 months to 4 years old. This additional funding, paid to the provider, helps them support children's learning and development through resources, equipment, and targeted activities, aiming to close the attainment gap between disadvantaged children and their peers.
