Maths

This weeks Maths is a catch up of 2 things. We will be looking at Capacity and reading scales but also Looking at Roman Numerals linking in with our topic.

 MUST Tasks:

The first 3 tasks are all online tasks.

 

1. Watch these videos explaining a bit more about Capacity and what it  actually means in maths.

2. Top Marks Reading Scales activity. There are lots of levels to this game. See how far you can get. Remember to look carefully at what the scale goes up in. Does it go up in 1's, 2's, 5's or more?

3. My Maths: Roman Numerals. Although this is a year 4 task, it is a year 3 objective that we are expected to cover.

4. Measuring amounts worksheets. Choose which level to complete or complete them all!

5. Reasoning questions about capacity.
