Below are all the details of the virtual competitions that are LIVE at the moment and run until Friday July 10th. You don't need to submit your scores, just taking part and having fun is the most important thing. The whole family can join in too!  

As always, please make sure you are doing the activities safely. Make sure there is enough space to do the activity and any surfaces are clear, dry and are free from debris. ENJOY!
