Be active this week!
Get yourself outside doing anything you enjoy that will raise your heart rate and speed up your breathing - maybe walking fast, running, cycling or playing a sport with someone else.
It doesn't matter what it is - you'll just feel better for moving!
'Could do' PE
The two documents below will show you details of the current virtual PE competitions. They run until the 10th July so plenty of time to get going! See if you can beat your own scores each time you have a go!
