'Should do' PE
Get yourself outside! Even if the weather isn't great, you'll feel so much better for some time spent outside being active.
Challenge yourself to go for a run, cycle or even just a walk. You'll feel much better for it!
'Could do' PE
My challenge to you this week is to come up with your own fitness challenge or game that someone can play at home.
Maybe you could teach it to someone else at home and make video to explain how your challenge or game works.
Top Tip - don't make it too complicated!!
